1. About This Service
CCTaxis.net is an online SPSV training platform operated by Colm Concannon, helping candidates prepare for the NTA (National Transport Authority) SPSV Driver Entry Test. We currently offer three courses:
- Industry Knowledge (€150) — nationwide coverage of the Industry Knowledge module, available to candidates anywhere in Ireland
- Area Knowledge — Co. Galway (€150) — local route and landmark knowledge for the Galway Area Knowledge module
- Bundle (€250) — both courses together, since the real NTA Driver Entry Test requires passing both modules on the same day
Free trial questions are available for each course, with no signup required, so you can try the platform before purchasing. By registering and making payment you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Personal Use Only
Your course access is licensed to you personally and may not be shared, transferred or distributed to any other person.
- Sharing your login, access link, or account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited
- Access is monitored for signs of account sharing, including IP address, device and browser information (see our Privacy Policy for details)
- Any suspected sharing may result in suspension of access without refund
- CCTaxis.net reserves the right to terminate access at any time if misuse is detected
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- Course fees are one-off payments with no subscription or hidden charges — see current pricing in Section 1
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details
- Payment must be completed before your account is activated and course access is granted
- Because access to the full question bank and mock exams is granted immediately on payment, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that this waives the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to online purchases. Once your access has been activated, the payment is non-refundable
- If you have paid but have not received access within 24 hours, please contact us
- Discount codes, where offered, apply only within their stated validity period and terms
4. Access Period
- There is no fixed expiry date on your access — your account remains active as long as you are using it
- New devices are verified by email before being granted access, to protect your account and prevent unauthorised sharing
- If your account is locked due to a device change, a suspected security issue, or an extended period of inactivity, contact us and we will help you regain access — this is normally free of charge for genuine account holders
5. No Guarantee of Exam Success
CCTaxis.net makes no guarantee, express or implied, that use of any course will result in a pass in the NTA SPSV Driver Entry Test (Industry Knowledge or Area Knowledge module). These courses are a study aid only.
- The NTA sets and controls the examination and may change its content, format or pass mark at any time
- Questions in the real NTA exam may differ from those in our courses
- Your result depends on your own study effort, preparation and performance on exam day
- CCTaxis.net accepts no liability for any exam result
6. Content Accuracy
We make a genuine, ongoing effort to keep our question banks accurate and cross-checked against the NTA's own Official Manual for Operating in the SPSV Industry. However:
- The NTA may update its manual, tests, or accepted answers without notice at any time
- Some answers reflect local or practical knowledge that may occasionally differ from a strict reading of the manual
- If you believe any question or answer is incorrect, please contact us and we will review it promptly
- CCTaxis.net updates its question banks regularly but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including questions, answers, explanations, route/history notes and course structure is the intellectual property of CCTaxis.net and Colm Concannon.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced or shared without written permission
- Screenshots or recordings of course content are prohibited
- Any unauthorised reproduction of content may result in legal action
8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Our full Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with (including Stripe for payments), how long we keep it, and your rights under GDPR — including how to request access to or deletion of your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
CCTaxis.net shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from use of or inability to use these courses, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of earnings or any consequential loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
